To publish the photos or videos, all you need to do is first organize your photos or videos into folders and then upload the folders to the photo shared folder on the Photo Server. Once folders are uploaded on the server, albums will be organized automatically, with proper thumbnails for easy browsing.

In each album, you not only can browse the album, but also view the whole album in slideshow. There are other additional features for you to manage your album such as adding title and description of the album, or applying sorting rule on the albums.

If you click into one picture, you will find a list of management tools on the top of the picture. You can see the picture's information in detail, rotate the picture, watch it in full size, set as the album cover, or even blog the picture and publish it on your blog in Photo Server. Other users can also post comments at the bottom of each picture.

Photo Server supports various video formats. All supported videos are converted into compressed Flash format for fast Internet streaming. Visitors can view the videos while they are still streaming to avoid long waiting of download. Full-screen mode is supported.

Besides sharing your photos on the Photo Server, you can also create and share your own blog. In the Blog section, you can add posts and personalize your blog space by adjusting the layout and modules. The Photo Server provides numerous built-in modules and you can decide which modules to be displayed in the Blog.

Photo Server allows full control on sharing preference, which allows groups of users to share a specific album. After creating the album, user can simply assign the access permission of a photo album with a few clicks.

Photo Server allows you to switch the background's theme to the default style or to customize the theme in the way you want. It also supports on the dazzling Cooliris (formerly known as PicLens) for you to view your uploaded photos using Cooliris.

In the blog settings, you can customize the blog interface such as changing the banner picture, blog title, number of posts on the main page, and more. The backup service is also provided in the blog settings. You can back up blog posts, comments, labels, and module settings to a designated backup file and restore the blog data by selecting the backup file on the existing or a new server.
