NeatScan To Office adds a scanning toolbar into your MS-Office applications (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).

Single click scanning
To scan a document, you just need to click on the 'Scan' button on this toolbar. The scanner automatically pulls the paper through, and captures the image (both colour and B/W settings are supported). The software then accurately reproduces the scanned document digitally, cropping the image to match the size or shape of the paper as well as duplicating any text or images in the correct format and layout.

Sending a paper document via email would require 3 steps with most other scanners - Scan, Save and Attach. NeatScan To Office however, puts a Scan button right inside Outlook, allowing you to scan and embed a document into your email with a single click!

Not just searchable, but editable
Most scanners only give searchable PDF files. NeatScan To Office however, makes the information editable - an A4 letter with text, images, footer and logos for example is accurately reproduced as a Word document with all these elements retained and made editable.

Enhanced Portability
Unlike flatbeds, NeatScan To Office can easily fit in most laptop bags. It weights only 300 grams, which makes it lighter than even most laptop battery chargers! Furthermore, it runs directly from the USB port of your computer, so you won't have to look for a power socket ever again.

Need to re-type a printed document?
Don't waste time re-typing or formatting. Just scan the document into Word.
NeatScan To Office will tranform all text information into editable text, while accurately reproducing images, formatting as well as the original layout.

Making an expense report?
Avoid trying to re-arrange those receipts on your photocopier.
Instead, scan them into Word. NeatScan To Office will paste every receipt image into your Word document, giving you the flexibility to resize and move them howsoever you like. You can even type in notes or comments next to these images.

Need to send a document to someone?
Don't worry about walking over to your fax machine.
Instead, just open a new Outlook email and click Scan to Mail to scan the document image directly into your email body. Ah, and now you're saving paper as well!
